ROCKY RIVER, OH - Century Cycles has been honored by Smart Business magazine with a World Class Customer Service Award last month for creating a corporate culture focused on customer service. Century Cycles impressed the judges with its educational sales approach, which seeks to pair each customer with the best bike for their needs; its aim to extend the Century Cycles customer service experience beyond the store walls with community activism; and continuous commitment to staff training and support. “Our very first company brochure outlined our customer-first philosophy, which still guides Century Cycles today. It’s rewarding to win such a high honor after 16 years of dedication to customer service,” said Scott Cowan, owner of Century Cycles, a three-store chain of bicycle stores in Ohio.
