GRAB YOUR SUMMER by the handlebars and pedal along the Towpath Trail. Nestled in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, the 85-mile trek starts in Cleveland and winds all the way down to New Philadelphia. "[The park' was set aside more than 40 years ago for everyone to enjoy, just to get some fresh air and be in touch with nature," says Kevin Madzia, a bicycle fit specialist at Century Cycles. If you need a ride, stop by the shop's Peninsula location and rent one of three types of bikes ranging from three-speeds to 24-speeds. Choose from accessories such as trailers for your children or pets, trail-a-bikes that turn a one-seated bike into a two-seater or a standard basket added onto the front to carry your supplies.
