Rocky River resident wins Deagan’s Bike Night grand prize bicycle
ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – Donna Winfield of Rocky River won a Raleigh Cadent i8 bicycle in the grand prize drawing at the Deagan’s Bike Night finale celebration on Thursday, October 11.
Deagan's Kitchen & Bar and Century Cycles teamed up to host their second annual Bike Night every Thursday since June. Patrons who rode a bicycle to Deagan's Kitchen & Bar in Lakewood on Thursdays received 15% off their food and drink bill, plus were entered to win a brand-new Raleigh commuter bicycle from Century Cycles bicycle store.
Mrs. Winfield and her husband, Terry, had bicycled to Deagan’s Bike Night numerous times over the summer, entering the drawing each time they did. In fact, immediately before her name was drawn for the grand prize bike, Mrs. Winfield won a Deagan’s t-shirt when another of her entries was chosen.
The Deagan’s Bike Night grand prize, the Raleigh Cadent i8 ($739.99) provided by Century Cycles, is an ideal bicycle for urban wandering to Deagan’s and all over town. Commute, travel or tour in simple style on the Cadent i8, which features an aluminum frame, carbon fork and a low-maintenance 8-speed internal drivetrain.
Deagan’s Kitchen & Bar and Century Cycles are planning a third annual Deagan’s Bike Night in 2013.
